Happy Birthday Zach!!!

I can't believe Zach is already 10 years old. He is in the 4th grade and next year will be his last year in grade school! He is growing up so fast!! When Brad and I married, Zach was 5yrs old and I am so amazed to sit back and watch the Lords work at hand. Just in the past year Zach excepted Christ as his Lord and saviour and was baptised...This thrills my heart with so much joy. Zach is excelling in school with all A's and B's and has found a great joy in playing soccer, (scored his first goal this season)! I love his soft heart the best, he is always willing to help people, especially his little brother and sisters. Zach you are an awesome kid! Dad and I love you so very much!!

Early Morning Guest...

As I was making my coffee attempting to wake up this morning my lovely husband called all the kids outside to look at something! The kids were so excited to see a little friend that came to visit us...



Addie was so excited to see the turtle, she was very anxious to pet and hold it! Andrew was scared of the poor little turtle, and Hannah said "awww look at the little turtle". They were so excited and curious, I started feeling bad and thinking to myself, "my, I had better get these kids to the zoo more often"!

Friday Fun!!

Hannah and Addie love dressing up and cheezin' for the camera! And Friday definitely was the day for it! Some friends of ours joined us, and we had a blast taking pictures and watching the kids have some fun! Here is how they turned out.....

Playdates and Popsicles...

Addie had her little friend over today to play outside. They were having a blast jumpling on the trampoline, playing with balls and bubbles, as well as riding around in her convertible Barbie mustang! Along with the beautiful 80 degree weather they were hot and worn out, so we ended the playdate with refreshing POPSICLES!



Andrew was lovin' it! YUMMY!!!

Innocence at Play....

As I was watching Andrew play on the window seal I got a great feeling of peace. Those of you that know my son, know that he is very active most of the time :) and when I pull out my camera he is usually running the other way (knowing that I want to take his picture...and making a game out of it). So as I watched him play at the window I sat and soaked up the peace and contentment he had as he played with his truck. It made me think that there are times when I need to just sit still....and enjoy the peace and contentment that I too have in my heart~

It was a Beautiful Sunny Day!

Addie was sad yesterday because the rain kept her from playing outside....


But.....Today It was Beautiful and she was loving playing outside......
